At Hanu Agro (operating the brand "Gaon Se Ghar"), we partner with reliable logistics providers to deliver our farm-fresh products straight to your doorstep, in safe and hygienic packaging. This policy explains our delivery zones, charges, timelines, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Serviceable Areas

We deliver to select serviceable pincodes. To check if we deliver to your area:

  • Enter your pincode on the product page or at checkout.
  • If the pincode is non-serviceable, the cart will notify you before payment.
  • We offer ultra-fast delivery within 30 minutes across all our serviceable pincodes.

Shipping Charges

Standard delivery: FREE on all orders. All orders currently qualify for free delivery.

  • Exact delivery charges (if any) are calculated based on your pincode and cart total, and are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, wrong, or expired product).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD), if available at your pincode, may carry a small convenience fee visible at checkout.

Delivery Timelines

Our hyperlocal delivery model gets farm-fresh products to your doorstep fast. Estimated timelines depend on your pincode and product availability at the nearest hub.

The exact delivery zone and timeline applicable to your order will be shown at checkout based on your pincode. Timelines are indicative and may be affected by weather, traffic, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

Order Tracking

We'll keep you updated at every step:

  • You'll receive a confirmation email and SMS immediately after placing an order.
  • Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link with your courier partner's AWB/tracking number.
  • You can also view the real-time status of your orders in My Orders on your account.
  • You'll receive SMS alerts when your package is out for delivery and after delivery is complete.

Packaging

  • All food products are packed in food-grade, tamper-evident packaging to preserve freshness.
  • Fragile items are wrapped with extra cushioning to prevent damage during transit.
  • We use eco-conscious packaging wherever practical (recyclable cartons, paper fillers).
  • Every carton carries a tamper-evident seal — please inspect the seal before accepting the parcel.

Delivery Address

  • Please ensure your delivery address, contact mobile number, and pincode are accurate and complete.
  • Once an order is out for delivery, the address cannot be changed. Orders are dispatched almost immediately — please double-check your address before placing the order.
  • We are not liable for non-delivery or misdelivery caused by an incorrect address provided by you.
  • For safety, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Failed Deliveries

If our delivery partner is unable to deliver your order:

  • Our agent will attempt to reach you on your registered phone number. If unreachable for more than 15 minutes, the order may be cancelled and refunded.
  • COD orders that are refused or undeliverable will be cancelled automatically.

Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Refuse delivery if the outer carton is heavily damaged or the tamper seal is broken.
  • If damage is noticed after opening, take clear photos of the outer packaging, the damaged item, and the invoice.
  • Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos at support@gaonseghar.com.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Our Customer Happiness team resolves damage/missing item claims within 2 business days of receiving complete information.
