Welcome to "Gaon Se Ghar", a brand owned and operated by Hanu Agro ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services.

By accessing or using our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable Indian law.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Not be prohibited from receiving our services under any applicable law.

When you create an account with us:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and mobile number used for OTP verification.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at support@gaonseghar.com of any unauthorised access or security breach.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are suspected of fraudulent activity.
• You may request deletion of your account at any time, subject to legal record-retention obligations.

• All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual packaging or colour may vary slightly.
• We strive to keep product descriptions, pricing, and availability accurate, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product, or change prices, without notice.
• Delivery charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout before payment.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. An order is only confirmed once we send you an order confirmation via email or SMS.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Product unavailability or stock issues.
• Pricing or description errors.
• Payment failures or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Undeliverable shipping address.
• Violation of these Terms.

If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, we will refund the full amount via the original payment method.

All online payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net-banking, and wallets supported by Razorpay.

• You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorise us (via Razorpay) to charge the total order amount to your chosen method.
• We do not store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or bank credentials. See our Privacy Policy for details.
• In case of payment failure, please wait 5–7 working days for auto-refund of any debited amount before reaching out.
• Cash on Delivery (COD), if offered, is subject to availability at your pincode and may have an additional convenience fee shown at checkout.

• We operate a hyperlocal delivery model and deliver within 30 minutes across all our serviceable pincodes.
• Enter your pincode at checkout to see the exact delivery timeline for your area. Timelines are indicative and may vary due to weather, traffic, or other factors beyond our control.
• We are not liable for delays caused by our logistics partners, force majeure events, or incorrect addresses provided by you.
• Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the address you provided.
• If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, refused delivery, etc.), we may charge re-shipping fees or cancel the order with a refund minus logistics costs.

Because we deal in consumable food products, returns are accepted only for the following reasons:

• Product received is damaged, leaking, or tampered with.
• Wrong item delivered.
• Expired product delivered.

To raise a return/refund request:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@gaonseghar.com with your order ID and clear photos/video of the issue.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
• Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for hygiene and food-safety reasons.

While using our services, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate information at all times.
• Use the website only for lawful personal purchases (not for resale or commercial redistribution without our written consent).
• Respect our staff, delivery partners, and other users.
• Write honest, non-defamatory reviews based on actual experience.

You must not:

• Use the website for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorised purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or user accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the website, including via malware, bots, scrapers, or denial-of-service attacks.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Upload or post content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or harmful.
• Use automated means to submit orders, place bulk transactions, or abuse promotional offers.
• Violate the rights (including intellectual property rights) of others.

Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

All content on this website — including logos, trademarks (including the "Gaon Se Ghar" brand name and logo), text, graphics, product images, page layouts, and software — is the property of Hanu Agro or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the website without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Product information is for general reference; consult a medical or nutrition professional for dietary advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hanu Agro, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, including (without limitation) loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our website or services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including (without limitation) a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or violation of applicable law.

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. IP, liability, governing law) will survive.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in relation to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the website.

Your continued use of the website after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
